INVESTMENT TEAM


Paul Guya, Managing Partner

Mr. Guya has an illustrious career that spans over 25 years in private equity and merchant banking. Before laying the foundation for Tritex and its precursor, he committed 15 years at Cayman Partners and BL Capital Partners, focusing on the discovery, execution, and management of private equity initiatives. Throughout this period, he directed investments in eight pivotal companies, achieving an equity value of $320 million with total transaction amounts exceeding $6 billion. Mr. Guya has been a board member for seven of his past portfolio companies and currently maintains a board seat at each of Tritex partners' portfolio firms..


Tony Rossi, Principal

Mr. Rossi has over 10 years of direct private equity and investment banking experience. Prior to joining Tritex, Mr. Rossi sourced, executed and managed buyout and growth equity investments in the business services and technology-enabled services sectors at ABS Capital Partners. Prior to that, Tony worked in the Corporate Finance & Investment Banking Division of M&S where he executed merger & acquisition, capital raising and advisory mandates for private equity sponsors and corporate clients.

Mr. Rossi has an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was a UM Scholar. Tony is an active alumnus at Columbia Business School and participates in the school’s Private Equity Program as a mentor to current students and as a resource to the Private Equity Program. In addition, Mr. Rossi serves on the board of Futures and Options, a non-profit organization providing career development and paid internship programs for underserved New York City youth.
